Team USA goalkeeper Adrian Weinberg and Team USA attacker Hannes Daube came up against each other in the A1 Ethniki Greek League. Daube scored three goals for Apollon Smyrnis but Weinberg and Panathinaikos got the last laugh with a 15-10 victory. Daube notched another hat trick for Apollon Smyrnis in its next game against Paleo Faliro, a 20-8 win. Weinberg and Panathinaikos fell to Olympiacos the next time out, 14-8, and now occupy second place in the standings.

Mataro 23, Tenerife Echeyde 7
Team USA utility Tara Prentice and Isabel Williams defeated UE Horta in Spanish League play. Prentice scored twice for Sabadell in the 17-9 win. Team USA attackers Paige Hauschild and Jewel Roemer matched up with Team USA attacker Maryn Dempsey in Spain. Hauschild netted four goals and Roemer scored two in victory for Mataro while Dempsey put home two goals for Tenerife Echeyde.

Team USA attacker Malia Allen and Trieste outlasted Ethnikos, 9-8, in the First Leg of the Women's Euro Cup quarterfinals in Greece. The next match is set for March 28 in Italy.
