- 5v5 (4 field players, 1 goalie)
- 12 athlete roster limit
-15-18 yard course length
- Two Running Clock halves (18-20 Minutes)

Bronze level membership required
No club affiliation rule
12 athletes per team max
Photo ID check prior to every game
