Champions Cup Requirements

The Champions Cup is a 3 day 14 & Under and 8th Grade & Under National Championship
- Athletes must be 14 or younger as of 8/1 in the year that the championship is held
- Athletes must be in the 8th grade or under
- 15 athletes per team max
- Gold  level membership required
- Birthdate verification required
- Proof of grade required 
- Photo ID check prior to every game

PHOTO ID REQUIRED
Coaches and athletes will be required to show photo IDs prior to each game.
Acceptable forms of ID include:

• USAWP Membership Card (temporary cards accepted)
• School issued photo ID
• Government issued picture ID (passport, City or State ID card
• Passport

PROOF OF GRADE REQUIRED
Each athlete is required to show proof of 8^thgrade or younger.
Acceptable forms of grade verification include any one of the following:

• School issued photo ID with grade
• Letter on school letterhead signed by school official
• Current document issued by the school such as a class schedule or progress report
