Irvine, CA - July 6 - USA Water Polo Women's National Team Head Coach
Adam Krikorian has announced the travel roster for pre-World Cup training and competition taking place in Brisbane, Australia this month. The 17 athletes chosen will be narrowed down to 15 for the World Aquatics World Cup, set for July 22-26 in Sydney, Australia. Prior to that, the group will spend time training with the Australian National Team and will also meet the Netherlands (July 17), Spain (July 18) and Hungary (July 19) in friendlies. Team USA did not qualify for the World Cup final last year after winning the World Cup four straight times. The team took top honors at the Division 1 qualifier earlier this year in the Netherlands to earn a spot in Sydney.
The final roster for the 2026 World Cup will be announced prior to the start of play and will be available at USAWaterPolo.org.
