Day 1

Pro Recco - Marseille, 15-8

Team USA captain Ben Hallock (Pro Recco) defeated Marseille on Day 1 of the Quarterfinal Stage. Hallock scored on a power play from 2m to push the Italian side ahead 7-3 with one minute to go in the first half and then extended the lead to 13-5 midway through the final frame with his second score of the day.



Brescia - Barceloneta, 8-12

Team USA attacker Max Irving racked up two goals, one assist, and two steals in a loss to Barceloneta. Irving put one home from six meters on a player advantage in the third quarter to cut the deficit to 7-5 and got another goal to go in the fourth to pull within three, 10-7.



LEN Euro Cup, Quarterfinal Stage

Day 1

Jug Dubrovnik - Vasas, 12-11

Team USA attacker Hannes Daube (Jug Dubrovnik) earned a hat trick and the win over Vasas in the Quarterfinal Stage of the Euro Cup. Daube got Jug on the board early with a man-up goal to level the score at 1-1. He executed another player advantage to perfection in the second to double up Vasas, 6-3. Finally, Daube cemented the victory by putting the Croatian side up 12-9 with 1:13 remaining in the contest.


Spandau 04 - Ortigia, 8-8

Team USA attackers Tyler Abramson (Spandau) and Luca Cupido (Ortigia) battled to a stalemate in their LEN Euro Cup quarterfinal match.


Savona - Jadran Herceg Novi, 16-10

Team USA attacker Marko Vavic and Savona picked up the win over Jadran Herceg Novi.


Vouliagmeni - Barcelona, 17-13

Team USA defender Dylan Woodhead and Vouliagmeni took care of business against Barcelona. Woodhead opened the second quarter scoring with a power play goal to give Vouliagmeni a 6-3 lead. Three minutes later, Woodhead fired in his second score to push the Greeks up 8-4 on their way to victory.


 

Italian Domestic League, Day 15

Pro Recco - Brescia, 13-6

Ben Hallock (Pro Recco) bested international teammate Max Irving (Brescia) in the Champion's Group of the Italian Domestic League. Irving scored back-to-back goals in the fourth but it was not enough as Hallock emerged victorious.



Savona - De Akker, 12-9 

Marko Vavic and Savona upended De Akker in the Champion's Group, 12-9.


Ortigia - Trieste, 13-8

Luca Cupido and Ortigia continued their winning ways in the Italian League Champion's Group, defeating Trieste 13-8.

 

French Domestic League, Day 10

Noisy-le-Sec - Olympic Nice, 14-6

Team USA attacker Alex Bowen and Noisy beat Olympic Nice 14-6 in France.


 

Greek Domestic League

Peristeri - Idraikos, 7-6

Team USA goalkeeper Drew Holland and Peristeri outlasted Idraikos 7-6 in Greece.
