Szeged, Hungary - June 23 - The USA Men's National Team continued play at the FINA World Championships with a 17-4 win over Kazakhstan earlier today in Hungary.
Max Irving led Team USA with four goals scored while
Ben Hallock and
Alex Bowen added three goals each.

Team USA opened up a 7-1 lead after the first quarter powered by seven different scorers. Bowen started the scoring with a penalty shot and
Ben Stevenson ended the quarter with a penalty shot to build an early six-goal lead. In the second quarter, the United States got goals from Hallock, Bowen, and Irving to take a 10-3 lead into halftime. Irving and
Chase Dodd found the back of the net in the third quarter to head to the fourth up 12-4. Team USA left no doubt in the fourth quarter as Bowen, Irving, Hallock, Tommy Gruwell, and
Marko Vavic all tacked on goals in the final frame on the way to the 17-4 victory.
The United States went 7/11 on power plays and 5/5 on penalty shots while Kazakhstan went 2/10 on power plays with no penalty shots attempted.
