Ethan Damato is Head Coach for the Women's Youth National Team. He has worked with USA Water Polo over the years in many different coaching roles like ODP Zone coach and assisting on various national teams. Ethan was the Head Coach of Laguna Beach High School's Boys & Girls Water Polo Teams from 2008-2022. During his time at Laguna Beach High School he helped lead his alma mater to league championships in 14 of his 15 seasons and 9 CIF Championships. In addition, Ethan was on the SET Water Polo Club coaching staff from 2010-2022, where he served as the Head Coach of the 18U & 16U Girls and the Club's Technical Director.
