Bella Berdote started with USA Water Polo as an events intern in 2025 and came into a full time position as an events and ODP Coordinator in 2026. Bella is a graduate from Cal State Long Beach with a degree in Kinesiology and is currently in a master program at Long Beach for sport management. Prior experiences include internships with the Gasol Foundation, Champion’s QUEST Athlete Academy, and Summer Learn to Swim programming for Cerritos College. Bella was born and raised in Southern California and found a passion for aquatics at a young age which followed competitively swimming and playing water polo.
