2020 Olympic Gold Medalist and rising star on Team USA, she set a record for goals by a true freshman as she led USC to the 2018 NCAA Championship. She made her National Team debut at the 2015 FINA Intercontinental Tournament while still in high school. A strong offensive force for Team USA she can connect on outside shots and post-up in front of the cage.

What was the moment you knew you wanted to represent your country in the Olympic Games? Was it always in the sport of water polo?
There isn’t one specific moment that I realized my Olympic dream; it was a more gradual realization for me.
What is your hidden talent?
I can say the ABCs backward, but that’s about it. 
What is your favorite karaoke song?
“Someone Like You” by Adele.
If you could compete in another sport during the Olympic Games what would it be and why?
Beach volleyball because my whole family and I grew up playing volleyball—both beach and indoor—and I think it’s fun!
What is one thing you have to have with you when you travel?
Headphones.
Biggest superstition if you have one? 
Nothing crazy...but I’m a firm believer in knocking on wood. 
What is your biggest fear?
I’m scared of a lot of things. But I’d say my biggest fear is getting kidnapped.
What causes are most dear to your heart?
I’m super interested in any causes that help clean and heal our oceans and sea life. 
What are two truths and a lie about you?
My favorite food is sushi.
I had a pet snake named Jake.
Chai tea lattes are my go-to Starbucks order.
