Ally Beck joined USA Water Polo in 2023 as the Women's Senior National Team Operations Manager. Her responsibilities include working with the head coach, assistant coaches, and athletes, ensuring that calendaring, travel arrangements, pool schedules, events, sponsorship, fundraising, and day-to-day training needs are met.

Ally has been an athlete, coach, and club administrator in the water polo community for over 15 years. Most recently, Ally was the head coach for SET Water Polo Club 16U Girls from 2020-2022 and assistant coach for the Laguna Beach High School Girls Water Polo team from 2020-2022. While returning to water polo full-time, she received her Master's in Athletic Administration from Concordia University Irvine. Ally's professional resume includes licensing, brand management, marketing, and business operations for Southern California-based Incipio Group and KAP7 International. Ally competed as an NCAA student-athlete at the University of Maryland, College Park. Outside work, she enjoys hiking and outdoor activities, volunteering, attending sporting events, spending time with friends and family, and traveling.
