What was the moment you knew you wanted to represent your country in the Olympic Games? Was it always in the sport of water polo? I distinctly remember being at Woollett Aquatic Center in Irvine, California when I decided I wanted to make the Olympic team. I think the Olympics are a vague dream that a lot of kids have when they are younger but, at this time I decided that I wanted to do whatever was necessary to make that dream come true.
If you could compete in another sport during the Olympic Games...: I have never tried it before but, badminton is extremely exciting to watch and looks like a ton of fun. I don't know how to get into the sport but, it's one of the best things to watch during the summer games.
What advice would you give...: You can never forget to have fun with it. I believe the only reason anyone should start a sport is to have fun and it can be easy to forget that as you climb to more competitive levels of the game.
