Assistant Water Polo Coach, City of Commerce, CA
The City of Commerce is seeking a motivated and experienced part-time Assistant Water Polo Coach to assist with coaching and developing water polo athletes. The coach will assist with practices, games, skill development, and team activities while promoting teamwork, sportsmanship, and a positive experience for participants.
This is a part-time position and is a great opportunity for someone with water polo playing or coaching experience who enjoys working with athletes and helping develop a successful program.

Youth Water Polo Coach, Blue Crush Aquatic Club
Blue Crush Aquatic Club is looking for an enthusiastic part-time Youth Water Polo Coach to join our growing youth program in the Portland area.
Pay: $22–$26/hour depending on experience
Schedule: Approximately 2–4 evenings per week, plus occasional weekend games/tournaments
Locations: Parkrose and Mt. Hood — Portland/Gresham, Oregon
We’re looking for someone with water polo playing and/or coaching experience who enjoys developing young athletes, communicates well, and brings positive energy to the pool deck. The coach will help teach water polo fundamentals and game concepts, support practice planning, provide athlete feedback, and contribute to a positive, team-first culture. USA Water Polo membership does not need to be active before applying. Blue Crush can help the selected candidate complete or renew the required USA Water Polo membership and onboarding requirements before coaching begins.

We are looking for our next Varsity head coach! FHS Girls Water Polo is the reigning CIF Division 1 Champions from 2026. Our coach works with athletes in the off season (fall) and during the season (winter). The head Varsity coach would be responsible for finding coaching staff for the JV girls program as well. Players have been named to the Olympic and National team in the past 8 years and the program has had numerous Div. 1 athletes over the past 10 years. Head Coach is responsible for all aspects of the program including but not limited to: supervision of lower levels, hiring of assistants and lower level coaches, scheduling of games, budget, and fundraising. The Head Men’s Water Polo Coach is responsible for all phases of a highly competitive NCAA Division II water polo program including, but not limited to, practice and game preparation, recruiting, hiring and supervision of assistant coaches, budget management, alumni and public relations, coordination of off-season conditioning, fundraising, all aspects of program administration, and adherence to the rules of the NCAA, the Western Water Polo Association, and Fresno Pacific University. The Head Coach must be committed to student-athletes’ academic, personal, and athletic growth and development, and demonstrate the ability to successfully recruit and motivate NCAA Division II student-athletes.
