Irvine, CA - November 11 - The New York Athletic Club won their second straight Collegiate Cup title following a 14-5 win over Stanford earlier today at the William Woollett Aquatic Center in Irvine. Melissa Seidemann and Kiley Neushul powered New York on offense to secure the top spot. In the third place game, the Chinese National Team defense USC 10-4. For complete match results, click here. In other placement games it was UCLA edging Cal 7-6 to earn fifth place and Michigan defeating Pacific 15-14 in a shootout to claim seventh place. Close games continued as USA Academy slid past Hawaii 9-8 for ninth place with San Jose State downing Indiana 9-4 for 11th place. Rounding things out was the 13th place match where Pomona-Pitzer outlast Marist 12-10.
