The 2020 Olympic Gold Medalist and four-time All-American graduated from UCLA where she helped lead the Bruins to the NCAA title game in 2014, 2015, and 2017. In her first year on the Senior National Team she helped lead Team USA to Gold at the 2014 FINA World Cup and Super League Final. Standout defender for Team USA that helped the squad to the 2015 FINA World Championship.

What was the moment you knew you wanted to represent your country in the Olympic Games? Was it always in the sport of water polo?
The first time I made the roster for a Youth Team travel trip! 
What is your hidden talent?
I can wiggle my ears.

If you could compete in another sport during the Olympic Games what would it be and why?
Handball! 
What is one thing you have to have with you when you travel?
A good book! And always hand sanitizer.

I don't really have any superstitions, but I’m big on routine!

SNAKES.
What causes are most dear to your heart?
Mental Health Awareness.

I didn’t travel outside of the country until I was 17.
I play right handed but write left handed.
I was wide awake when I got my wisdom teeth removed.
Do you have a nickname? How did you get it?
Alice and Al. Alice started in high school as a joke because everyone always mispronounced my name that way. Al started on the senior team—not really sure why!
