Indianapolis, IN - June 16 - The inaugural edition of the Midwest Summer Festival came to a close this past weekend from the IU Indianapolis Natatorium. Teams from Chicago Parks District, Lyons Aquatics, Third Coast Aquatics, Great Lakes, Jungle Cat, Hickory Water Polo Club, STL Lions, Cincinnati Marlins, Wolverine Water Polo, Moose Water Club, and SWIFT took to the pool for two days of water polo action. This event is the latest to feature high-level water polo in Indianapolis as USA Water Polo looks to grow the game in the Midwest region. Major collegiate and international events like the 2025 NCAA Women's Championship and 2022 Pan American Junior Championships took place at the IU Indianapolis Natatorium as well.
