Team USA captain Ben Hallock and Pro Recco cruised past Dinamo Tbilisi with the same score as the First Leg, 17-5. Team USA's Alex Bowen scored one for Sabadell in a victory against the Italian squad Ortigia. Team USA attacker Max Irving recorded a hat trick for Brescia in an 11-11 draw with Waspo 98. All three American men have advanced to the Euro Cup Quarterfinals.

Pro Recco defeated Olympic Roma and Brescia beat Ortigia to keep pace with each other atop the Serie A1 standings. Max Irving recorded a hat trick for Brescia in its win. In this week's lone Team USA matchup, Tyler Abramson and De Akker got the best of Drew Holland and TeliMar. Marko Vavic scored one for Savona who won against SC Quinto and Quinn Woodhead (Roma Vis Nova) ended up tied with Catania 14-14.
