Irvine, CA - April 6 - The U.S. Men's Youth National Team won 14-2 over Mexico earlier today at the 2023 Pan American Aquatics U17 Championships. Colt Bradley scored three goals while Boden Brinkema, Gavin Conant, and Connor Ohl each added two scores for the United States. Team USA established its dominance early in this game as Brinkema scored within thirty seconds of the opening sprint. Seven additional goals followed in the opening quarter while Mexico was held without a score. The Americans took advantage of a pair of penalties and an exclusion on Mexico in the second, netting three goals while the Mexicans went without a goal again to hit halftime with the score sitting at 11-0. In the third period, the USA Men began to coast to the finish line and both teams registered one goal. The final frame saw the United States add two scores and concede one penalty shot goal to set the final score.
