Photo ID Required
Coaches and athletes will be required to show photo IDs prior to each game.
Acceptable forms of ID include:
- USAWP Membership Card (temporary cards accepted)
- School issued photo ID
- Government issued picture ID (passport, City or State ID card
- Passport
Proof of Grade Required
Each athlete is required to show proof of 8th grade or younger.
Acceptable forms of grade verification include:
- School issued photo ID with grade
- Letter on school letterhead signed by school official
- Current document issued by the school such as a class schedule or progress report
