Formerly known as Priority Club Rewards, the program will now be known as IHG Rewards Club. A whole host of changes await participants including complimentary internet access and much more. From flights to music downloads, from car hire to free nights stays at any hotel anywhere in the world, IHG's Priority Club Rewards is the world's first, largest and most comprehensive loyalty program. Today marks a huge step forward for IHG as we announce enhancements to the program and a change in its name to reflect the history of innovation, reliability and integrity that are at the heart of IHG. On July 1, 2013, Priority Club Rewards will become IHG Rewards Club. We will also add new benefits for all members across all of our hotel brands, in over 4,600 hotels and in nearly 100 countries.
IHG Rewards Club benefits now will include:
. Free internet to all Elite loyalty members starting July 2013 and extending to all members in 2014
. Ability to earn Elite status faster by staying in a variety of hotels across our family of brands
. Reward nights will count toward earning Elite status
. For Platinum Elite members, "extra" nights will roll over toward maintaining their status in their next membership year

IHG will be the first hotel group to offer free internet, globally, to all loyalty club members. And as we know, when it comes to staying connected, online connectivity is a key consideration for business travelers. In fact, a survey conducted by Frequent Business Traveler magazine found that 73% of respondents indicated that complimentary Wi-Fi influenced their choice of hotel. And IHG's own global survey of 8,000 adults revealed that nearly half would choose not to stay in a hotel that did not offer free internet.
