Huntington Beach, Calif. – February 28, 2012— Beachside Produce, a well-established grower, packer, and marketer of fresh produce, has been named the official vegetable supplier of USA Water Polo. As part of the agreement Beachside Produce will supply the USA Water Polo Senior National Teams with a variety of vegetables in the lead-up to the 2012 Olympic Games. Fresh vegetables such as artichokes, broccoli, Brussels sprouts, cauliflower, lettuce, kale, snow peas, spinach and more will be provided to Team USA to assist in maintaining a nutritious diet. In addition USA Water Polo athletes will have the opportunity to help promote Beachside Produce and healthy living at select appearances. USA Water Polo will also help get the word out on Beachside Produce through social media posts in addition to a presence for the company on www.usawaterpolo.org while USA Water Polo will have a presence on Beachside Produce packaging in retail locations. Members of USA Water Polo will benefit with healthy vegetable recipes from Beachside Produce, available each month in the membership newsletter.
