As a reminder of the rule changes that went into place in 2011 concerning Junior Olympics, please be aware of the following critical information about athlete and coach eligibility.
ATHLETES: 1.
EVERY athlete will be required to have a
Photo ID and carry
proof of age.
2. The following IDs will be accepted:
a. USAWP Membership ID card – with current photo of athlete
b. Drivers license
c. School ID card
d. Color copy of picture page of passport – original document not required
e. Copy of birth certificate – original document not required
f. US Immigration documents
3. Teams will be required to check-in 30 minutes prior to their first game. All coaches and athletes are required to have a
Photo ID at this time- preferably their USAWP Membership ID card or a government issued photo ID. A temporary ID is available anytime by logging into your online member account. Please note: Athletes must also be prepared to show proof of age if needed. This may be a copy of a valid government document (e.g., birth certificate, passport, driver's license, state ID, school issued ID, US Immigration documents) with birth date listed.
4. Athletes who do not produce acceptable photo ID or, where required, proof of age will not be allowed to compete until they can comply with the requirement.
5. JO Ticket prices increase after July 15, 2011. Ticket information as well as venues by age and division along with lots of other important information pertaining to the 2011 SwimOutlet.com Junior Olympics can be found at www.juniorolympics.com.

Note: Club Administrators can print all player temp ID's for their team by following the instructions below. If players do not have photos they will still need a photo ID to accompany their USAWP ID.

*There will be an icon to the right of each member; clicking on the photo icon will allow you to print out a copy of the athlete's membership card.

5. All rosters must be processed through the USA Water Polo National Championship Roster Verification system.
6. Changes made to submitted rosters for Session 1 (boys and 10 & U mixed) after
July 15, 2011 will incur a $100 late/change fee
7. Changes made to submitted rosters for Session 2 (girls) after
July 21, 2011 will incur a $100 late/change fee

NO CHANGES will be accepted to rosters for Session 1 after 11:59 pm
Wednesday July 27, 2011. No exceptions.

NO CHANGES will be accepted to rosters for Session 2 after 11:59 pm
Monday August 1, 2011. No exceptions
