Team USA defender Jordan Raney joined the Greek side Ethnikos for the beginning of Euro Cup play in Group A and scored one goal as they defeated Lille UC 17-6. Elsewhere, Team USA attacker Malia Allen and Trieste got the best of Catalunya to begin Group D action.
