Emma Griffith joined USA Water Polo full time in 2021 after interning in Sport Growth and Marketing in 2018 and Events in 2019. Her other experience includes working as a Partnership Activation and Event Coordinator with Alliance Sport Marketing, Player Operations and Services Coordinator at the US Open of Tennis and many years of work in the service industry. As a former youth and collegiate club athlete, she’s always had a passion for water polo and is excited to be back with USA Water Polo. Based in Philadelphia, PA, she’ll focus primarily on growth initiatives and membership support on the East Coast. Griffith earned her undergraduate degree in Exercise Science and Sport Management from the University of Michigan.
