Why Kids Need Splashball™

Splashball™ is designed to introduce the sport of water polo to children 5-9 years old.  The intent is to provide basic skills and understanding of the sport in a recreational format.  Although water polo is known for its toughness and endurance, Splashball™ harnesses all the fun, dynamic aspects of the game in a safe, easy to learn aquatic experience that will motivate kids to swim and stay fit.

USA Water Polo club administrators and coaches will find all the necessary information on how to begin a Splashball™ program in your club within this booklet.

Multi-Sport organizations will benefit from the Splashball™ booklet when beginning a Splashball™ program in your community. 

Multi-Sport and recreational programs looking to start a Splashball™ program, we ask that you submit a sanction form:  Splashball Sanction Form.

Current USA Water Polo clubs will want to select "Splashball" in their online club profile as one of their programs so as to show in the Splashball™ Program Search feature.

Splashball™ Marketing Materials


USA Water Polo has made available to every member club or participating Splashball™ program a suite of customizable marketing materials through our USA Water Polo partner Vistaprint. These materials can be accessed through the USAWP Vistaprint portal, customized for your club or organization as the “call to action,”, printed and delivered to your specified location.  Additionally, USA Water Polo has negotiated the costs for each item on your behalf so your prices will be the best afforded to any Vistaprint customer.  Items include:
