How does USA Waterpolo determine age?
For Zone Qualification and National Championship purposes, USA Water Polo recognizes your age as of the first day of the National Championship (aka Age As Of Date). For ODP purposes, you are considered the age you will be as of 12/31 of that year (aka Born In Year).
How do I verify a roster for an event?
There are currently two processes for verifying rosters; one for
sanctioned events and one for National Events, such as the Junior
Olympics. The sanctioned event process can be found
here.
For National Events, there is a more robust process that starts with
your event registration. Information regarding how to verify
information for National Events will be made known to you once you
register a team for a National Event.
